All our products are offered as skincare preparations NOT medicines and should not be used as such. Should you have questions relating to prevention or treatment of any illnesses you should direct them to your healthcare practitioner as we are unable to respond to such questions.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale, including the use of this website and /or any purchases made by you from Monet Cosmetics Ltd shall be concluded in English and shall be governed by English law and the parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

The information we publish within this website has been validated as far as we can and all reasonable care to ensure that all product details, descriptions and prices are offered without any liability whatsoever and we do not warrant that all the product descriptions on this site is complete, accurate, current or error free.

Purchase Policy
The products we offer on this site and any samples provided are for personal use only and may not be resold. You must be at least 18 years of age and be able to enter into a legal contract and have the means to pay for the goods purchased from this website. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the quantity of any orders that we believe may violate our Terms and Conditions.

After receiving your order we shall send you an acknowledgement message providing you with a payment reference and the value which has been debited to your credit / debit card. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Monet Cosmetics. We will only have accepted your order after receiving full payment and sending you an order confirmation message received by you at the time and date of sending the email, which time and date is specified on the email. The stated time and date of receipt by you shall apply regardless of whether, for reasons outside our control you have not received that email. On the first working day following the dispatch of the goods you will be send by postal services a VAT invoice.

Should for whatever reason we are out of stock we reserve the right to not accept your order, or if we are unable to get authorization for your payment, or if we identify a pricing or product error. We reserve the right to refuse any offer to purchase by you at any time. If we are unable to fulfill an order following our order acknowledgement we shall contact you by email or telephone to advise you of the situation for you to have an option of cancellation or a delayed supply on the understanding our stocks are replenished rapidly.

Prices and Payments
All prices quoted are in English Pounds (£ Sterling, GBP) and include VAT (at 15%) which is required by law to be charged to UK customers. Delivery charges are not included and are quoted separately depending on what part of the world you are purchasing from. Orders over £100 have FREE first class delivery. We can offer prices for trade (excluding VAT) for export (no VAT) or for EC trade supply. We are able to offer prices in Euro or US dollars upon request. These business to business purchases are to be transacted via fax or email outside of this website. As the purchaser you must confirm that the credit card or debit card that is being used is yours.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the security checks show a discrepancy in information supplied to us, or the card issuer refuses to, or does not for any reason authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Ownership of Property
Monet Cosmetics Ltd. will retain all legal ownership of the goods until such time full payment has been received. Legal ownership of the goods will automatically revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.

Risk
All risk in the goods will pass to you after payment to us and delivery has been made to you.

Delivery
We shall deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery/price selection chosen during the order process. We do aim to dispatch goods within two working days of receipt of payment. Delivery schedules are guidelines only and are not guaranteed. Orders may be delivered in one or more delivery. Monet Cosmetics Ltd does not accept any liability in any delays caused through any third party. It is your responsibility to be able to accept delivery of the goods. We shall not be held responsible after the first delivery attempt.

Delivery will only be made to the address given on your order.

If goods have not been received within 5 working days from receiving our confirmation message, you must inform us promptly as a delay in informing us may the process of investigation and claim settlement.

Delivery Damage
If you suspect that the goods have been damaged in transit you must retain the packaging and goods for inspection until such time we settle the matter. In such cases you must inform us within 3 days of receipt of such damaged goods.

Change of Mind
You may change your mind within 30 days of receiving the goods ordered from this website. If you do so you will be refunded the full amount paid provided that we receive back the said goods.

Warranty
All products are warranted to remain usable for a period of one year from the date of dispatch provided proper care has been taken in storage and handling.

Money Back Guarantee
1) The money back guarantee is valid for 30 days from receipt of the goods.
2) Refunds will be given for the exact amount of your purchase price
3) We will require a short note explaining your reason for return
4) Goods are to be returned by recorded delivery with proof of purchase
5) Refunds will only be issued once the goods are returned.
