Product Delivery Information

First Class Post (UK only)
1) Monet Cosmetics holds no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged products in transit.
2) Products may take up to 2 – 4 days for delivery.
3) Orders received after 12 noon on a Friday and during the weekend will be dealt with on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays)
4) Products are packed in a specially designed shipping carton for maximum protection.

Recorded Delivery (up to 500g)
1) To be offered as an alternative to first class up to a maximum weight of 500g.
2) Products will need to be signed for at the address given on the order otherwise you may need to change your delivery address to a work address. You should receive your delivery by 1pm (local time) within 2 – 4 working days.
