| "In my work as a Naturopath I utilise a comprehensive nutritional urine test. In 1996 I decided to compile the results from over 800 of the tests and write a book on health based on them (The 24Seven Health Plan). This work was the first that is based on scientific data - it attempts to simplify nutritional medicine and has a simple to follow plan to regain and maintain health. Within the book I gently took the cosmetic industry to task for its outrageous claims and in many instances, the extremely poor formulation of skin products. I was also acutely aware that cosmetic companies do not routinely tell their customers that healthy skin is also dependant on what goes into the body as well as what is applied externally!!! |

| Products that are used on the skin should offer protection to it and assist the regeneration process. Now this can only happen if the product contains the correct ingredients. So, for my sins, I decided that I could produce a more effective product than those on the market and that I would tell the truth about what is in it and what it can and cannot do. |

| Within my work I have produced hundreds of differing health food formulas for many companies. I know what works within the body (and what does not) and what it needs to be combined with and I know what can and can't be achieved. The majority of cases of premature ageing and 'normal' ageing are caused by sunlight and a lack of hydration. Sunlight and oxygen interact with the skin to cause oxidation (rust on metal is exactly the same process). Oxidation ages the skin; it can discolour it and increase pigmentation spots. Environmental toxins such as cigarette smoke and exhaust fumes add to this burden. A lack of pure fresh water, poor dietary choices, stress, lack of sleep, lack of fresh air and exercise and internal bodily toxicity add a further and in some cases, overwhelming burden. If you address all or just some of these issues, you will increase the beauty potential of your skin not to mention the whole of your body! |

| With all this in mind, I took up the challenge to produce effective anti-ageing products that would act as an important adjunct to the advice I could offer (after many years experience of clinical practice) to address the issues of internal beauty - manifested on the exterior!" |

| It is imperative that we cultivate spiritual and emotional well-being with laughter, caring, reverence and love in copious quantities. When we are deeply and unconditionally immersed in these states of being we attract and radiate ever-increasing quantities of them. It shows, how it shows. We wear them as a cloak and they beautify us and those with whom we come into contact. Due to the dreadful stresses that modern living subjects us to, many of us have become spiritually and emotionally sterilised. To be able to 'let go' and laugh, cry or simply experience whatever moves us to these states is fantastic therapy and healing. Tears of laughter and sadness contain measurable amounts of stress hormones. In these states we have both a positive energy and 'chemical' release. I really do feel that we also need to rediscover the capacity to wonder and marvel at the mysterious, beautiful complexity of our own and the greater universe. It seems that we have forgotten that WE are a part of the vibrant dance of life's incredible and unknown energy forces made manifest. |
